By downloading, accessing, or using the Yummino mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Yummino. If you are under the age required by your local laws, you may not use the App.

2. Account & Authentication

• Access to Yummino is available only via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must not share, misuse, or attempt to bypass authentication mechanisms
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or misuse

3. App Purpose & Disclaimer

Yummino provides informational analysis and assistance only.

• The App does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice
• Information presented is not a diagnosis or substitute for professional consultation
• Always consult a qualified professional for health, dietary, or medical decisions

4. AI-Generated Content

Some features of Yummino use artificial intelligence services, including OpenAI, to generate analysis and informational outputs.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
• Results are provided for informational purposes only
• Yummino does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for how you interpret or use the information provided

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain features may require a paid subscription
• Payments are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchases
• Yummino does not process or store payment information
• Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the respective platform
• Price changes apply only to future billing periods

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit or save in the App.

By using Yummino, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Store
• Process
• Analyze
• Display your content back to you

This license exists only to operate and improve the App.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Upload misleading, abusive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the App or its backend systems
• Abuse subscriptions, promotions, or AI features
• Interfere with security or service availability

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Yummino available and functional, but we do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Permanent availability of any feature

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available"
• Yummino is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Use of the App is at your own risk

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraud, abuse, or misuse is detected
• Required by law or platform policies

You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective once published in the App or on our website.
