By using the Glory Skin mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Glory Skin.

2. Account & Authentication

• Access is provided via Google or Apple accounts only
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You may not use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium features are available via subscriptions
• Payments are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store
• Subscription management, refunds, and cancellations are handled by the respective platform
• Prices may change; changes apply to future billing periods only

4. Health Disclaimer

Glory Skin provides informational and cosmetic analysis only.

• The App does not provide medical advice
• Results are not a diagnosis
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store
• Process
• Analyze
• Display results back to you

This license exists only to operate the App.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
• Abuse subscriptions, promotions, or referral systems
• Interfere with App security or backend systems

7. Service Availability

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Permanent feature availability

Features may change or be discontinued.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Glory Skin is provided "as is"
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Use of the App is at your own risk

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraud or abuse is detected
• Required by law

You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
