1.2 Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect limited technical data for security, analytics, and debugging purposes:

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• IP address
• Crash logs and diagnostic information
• Timestamps and usage events

1.3 Payments

All payments are processed externally by:

• Google Play Billing
• Apple In-App Purchases

We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details.

• Provide and maintain app functionality
• Perform skin analysis and generate results

• Process subscriptions and entitlements

3. Image Processing & AI Usage

• Uploaded images are securely stored on Firebase Storage
• Images may be processed using:
  • Google OCR (for text extraction when applicable)
  • OpenAI services for AI-based analysis
• Images and derived data are used only to provide app features
• We do not use your images for advertising or marketing

4. Data Storage & Security

• All backend services are provided by Google Firebase
• Data is stored using industry-standard security practices
• Access is restricted and monitored
• Despite safeguards, no system is 100% secure

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers only when necessary:

• Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, analytics)
• OpenAI (AI processing)
• Google OCR (text recognition)

These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

6. Data Retention

• Your data is retained only as long as your account remains active
• If you delete your account, associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law
